About Ash
Originally playing heavy metal music, inspired by the likes of Iron Maiden, Ash have moved on and developed a sound more in the lines of the Pixies and other alternative rock bands form the US. This led to almost immediate success, a top five single in the UK, the interest of the music industry and a great fan base. Ash would soon go on to perform on the main stage of Glastonbury and Roskilde festivals.
